Exploring the Path to Modern Arbitration with ICC Rules

The International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) and the Bar Council Arbitration and Construction Law Committee (“ACLC”) are hosting a seminar for arbitration and construction lawyers.
The seminar will focus on:
- enhancing the knowledge and skills of practitioners in arbitration under the ICC Rules;
- providing insights into the benefits and practical implications of the ICC Court and the ICC Rules;
- dispelling common misconceptions about ICC Arbitration.
The aim of this seminar is to share insights to legal professionals to effectively navigate the complexities of arbitration and construction law.
