The 2nd edition of ICC Malaysia Arbitration Day makes its return following the success of its inaugural edition. Jointly organised by ICC Dispute Resolution Services and ICC Malaysia, the 2nd ICC Malaysia Arbitration Day is open to legal practitioners and In House Counsel. As an important capacity building initiative in Malaysia, the conference aims to be an engaging forum of thoughts exchange on recent trends and developments of arbitration practice in the country as well as broad overview of international practices highly relevant to Malaysia. The conference brings together leading professionals from Malaysia and overseas.
